Dash Beardsley the Ghost Man of Galveston Started Ghost Tours of Galveston Island in 1997! He saw the apparition of Miss Bettie Brown standing in the window of Ashton Villa and when he looked back for a second look she was gone and he was determined to learn about the ghosts of Galveston! He compiled stories of Ghost sightings, researched the history of the Island, and created the Original Strand Tour which is a compilation of stories that take place over the span of 100 years.
Dash retired a few years ago and he sold his company to Spooky Galveston and we are honored to offer his cemetery tours, and to have incorporated his Original Strand tour into one of our spooky galveston ghost tours!
